In 2005, Mike and Anita moved to The Netherlands where they served for 12 years doing primarily children’s ministry. They then served 3 years in the Europe Extension office in Springfield, Missouri training new missionaries who are preparing to go onto the mission field. Mike and Anita served 4 years in Wales, United Kingdom at a local church in Bedwas. They led the children and youth ministries in the church and led a weekly kids club outreach and lunch time Bible club at the high school.
Currently, Mike and Anita are serving at Nelson University (formerly SAGU) as missionary in residence. They are helping the missions and family ministries departments.
Mike and Anita have 2 children: Grace and Samuel. Grace is now married, is a Nelson University graduate, and is an elementary school teacher and leading children’s ministry in her church. Samuel is in middle school and loves talking about roller coasters, science and puppets.
